How did ``I Only Hate You Cause I Love You`` come together?

I “Only Hate You Cause I Love You” came together like all my best songs… after a breakup. For me, writing that song was like therapy and helped me heal in many ways.

What do you want fans to take from your music and who you are as an artist?

For me, music is storytelling. It’s me sharing my pain, my stories, my thoughts and my experiences. If they can understand, connect and relate, then I know I’ve done my job. They can choose to take whatever they want from my songs.

Is there a recent song of yours that you connect with the most? Anything you learned about yourself in 2019?

I released “I Only Hate You Cause I Love You” in 2019 and I’d definitely say that that’s the song I connect with the most at the moment. Because I mean, who does feel that way at some point in their lives? I’ve had a lot of ups and downs this year and the most important thing I’ve learned is to take care of my mental health. It’s SO IMPORTANT!!!

What can fans expect from you in 2020?

In 2020 I’m going to Brazil and the US again. Plus dropping some awesome songs and collaborations. BE READY GUYS!!

What new songs from other artists are you loving right now?

Doja Cat is my queen!!

What artist or producer would you most love to collaborate with in 2020?

I honestly have no idea and am open to collaborating with anyone. 🙂
