I happened to be watching ‘The Talk’ yesterday as Sugar Ray Leonard plugged his new book ‘The Big Fight: My Life In and Out of the Ring’. He talks about his trouble with substance abuse, infidelity, and sexual abuse. This was quite a moment for Sugar Ray as he is able to tell the world freely about the problems he has faced in the past. His emotions certainly caught me by surprise and hopefully this can encourage others with similar situations to get help.
