Target & Yoobi Team Up For Kids In Need Foundation

As summer vacation dwindles down, Target and Yoobi are making it a priority that all kids go back to school well-prepared. From August 2nd through September 9th both companies will work together to make a donation for every like and share Target’s Back To School Prep 4 Success Facebook video receives, for up to a total of $6.5 million. Proceeds will go to the Kids In Need Foundation who will provide backpacks and supplies to elementary school students across the country who need them the most.

Since 1995, the Kids in Need Foundation has distributed nearly $800 million in school supplies, directly benefiting 5.4 million students and more than 150,000 teachers last year. As many schools do not have the proper funding, research has found that teachers spent on average $578 out of their own pocket in 2016 to help their students.

Let’s do our part and give the video above as many likes and shares as possible. There are other ways you can get involved and donate. Just $25 alone will provide a child with a backpack full of supplies. For more information on how to donate and get involved with the Kids In Need Foundation please visit KINF.org.
